7 Minute Home Ab Workout | Get Six Pack Abs At Home (Follow Along!!)


Today we’ll be going through a gruesome home ab workout to help sculpt a six pack! This workout requires no equipment and can be done with no gym! With this workout we’ll target our upper abs, lower abs, as well as obliques. Let’s get it! 

Perform each exercise below for the designated # of repetitions. Repeat 2 rounds:

• 10x Pendulum Legs
• 8x Boat to Low Boat
• 20x Russian Twists
• 12x Crunches
• 10x Reverse Crunches
