When it comes to developing a set of impressive v-cut abs, we’ll need to focus on two areas of our midsection. #1: Oliques. #2: Lower Abdominals.
It’s the combination of these 2 muscle groups that meet together which develop the highly sought after v-cut abs. By focusing on these, and bringing up the size and strength of them, you’ll be sure to finally get those v-cuts to POP!
Remember though, you need to have a low enough body fat percentage in order to get them to actually show! In combination with a calorie deficit, resistance training and frequent cardio, your v-cut abs will be visible in no-time!
