Today I’ll be sharing with you everything that I eat throughout my day. I’ll be covering my nutrition from Monday to Sunday; my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks I have throughout the day. You might be surprised that I don’t eat like a “bodybuilder” to build muscle and stay lean. I’ve never enjoyed eating like that and I’ll never eat that way. My eating consists of lots of pastas, stir-frys, cereal, etc. I eat to support my goals, but more importantly I eat for my enjoyment. This is the system of eating that I follow that’s both effective for supporting my goals and for keeping my stomach and palate satisfied.
