The age old question; what comes first, bulking or cutting? Should you start cutting the remaining body fat first, and build lean muscle after? Or, should you focus on building lean muscle mass first, and then cut to burn the remaining body fat? In today’s video I’ll be walking you through my personal process for doing both simultaneously.
I personally am not a big believer in the whole “bulking and cutting”. Rather, I believe in putting on lean muscle mass and burning fat at the same time. This process keeps me in-shape year round, and makes the overall process of getting a killer physique much more enjoyable.
